Processing Time
Ready-to-wear items are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Customized or personalized products may require 3–7 business days before shipping.
Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, or periods of high demand.
Custom Orders
Please double-check all customization details, including names, numbers, sizes, colors, and design selections before submitting your order. Once production begins, customization details cannot be changed.
Order Changes & Cancellation
You may request changes or cancellations only before your order enters production or shipping. Once an order has been processed or a customized item has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Product Availability
While we strive to keep all products in stock, availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may change without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at checkout will be honored for your order.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
