Frequently asked Questions
Delivery times depend on your location and the type of product ordered.
- Ready-to-wear items: Processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom or personalized items: Processed within 3–7 business days.
Estimated delivery:
- Lagos: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Other states in Nigeria: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
We accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
To be eligible:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Please note: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number (where available) via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

If it has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes, and additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be redirected.
We currently ship throughout Nigeria.
We’re working on expanding to international destinations. If you live outside Nigeria, please contact us before placing your order to check shipping availability.
If all items are available at the same time, they’ll usually be shipped together.
However, if your order contains pre-order or customized items, we may ship them separately to ensure you receive available products as quickly as possible. If this happens, you’ll be notified in advance.
