4. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) or U.S. Dollars ($) depending on your location.
Orders are processed securely through Paystack, Flutterwave, or PayPal.
Payment must be completed before an order is confirmed.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with details.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Local Orders (Nigeria):
Fulfilled and delivered via our local production partner Vendblue.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days within Nigeria.
International Orders:
Processed via Printify and shipped globally.
Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on your location.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs delays.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
If approved, we will process a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective.
To request a return, email team@veiltorn.shop with your order number.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins (usually within 12 hours of placing your order).
Once printing or fulfillment starts, cancellations are not possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, slogans, and content on the Veiltorn website are the property of Veiltorn Clothing or its licensors.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Veiltorn is not liable for:
Delays or failures caused by factors outside our control (e.g., shipping delays, customs issues, internet outages).
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) purchased.
